Darya Boronilo has studied and worked in the wine industry across Spain, France, Italy, Portugal, and Greece. She earned her European Master’s Degree in “Wine Tourism Innovation,” learning how to design innovative and authentic wine tours that offer a deep understanding of regional wine and cultural heritage while allowing you to experience life as locals do.
Based among the picturesque vineyards of Tenerife, Darya now works as a wine writer, contributing to various publications, including her recent book, “World Wine Tourism Guide.” She is also a PhD researcher in Sustainable Tourism at the University of Rovira i Virgili, taking pride in ensuring all her tours are both sustainable and authentic.
Wine Holidays Inc. is her dream come to life, merging her love for wine, culture, art, rural beauty, and gastronomy. She believes that true inspiration and a fulfilling life come from living genuine experiences. Fluent in six languages and driven by her passion for adventure, Darya travels the world to find hidden gems and meet fascinating people, crafting unique tours that are truly one-of-a-kind.
